Welcome to TAW Power System’s Generator Information website. This interactive tool is intended to be a supplement to, not a substitute for, the high level of personal service you’ve come to expect from TAW. Click on the item you want more information on. TAW Power Systems is the only authorized distributor for Kohler Power Systems throughout Florida and Southern Georgia. We employ over forty-five (45) field generator technicians, many with Kohler, EGSA and other manufacturer certifications, based out of five (5) separate branches throughout Florida and Georgia. The service vehicles are equipped with state-of-the-art computer hardware and software, tools, meters, and inventory to provide typical repairs/service on residential and industrial generators, from 8.5KW – 2800KW, and ancillary equipment such as Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), controllers, etc. The technicians communicate on a real time basis with their Service Manager and additional technical support staff via Direct Connect services and cellular phones. The vehicles are monitored with GPS locating services so the closest technician for a particular site can be contacted and dispatched immediately.
The MIS infrastructure and specifically the Service Order and Contract software utilized by TAW Power Systems for managing these services allows identification and tracking of the variety of services performed at each customer location and on each piece of equipment. This system is managed and updated continuously by administrative support staff to insure an accurate and up to date history on the entire generator system. With over 3200 active service contracts, TAW Power Systems continually demonstrates its ability to provide a superior level of service to our customers everyday.
