TAW Quality Assurance

TAW follows a strong Quality Assurance Program. Highlights of the QA Program include:

10 CFR 50 Appendix B and 10 CFR Part 21 compliant for motor repairs
Actively persuing 10 CFR APPENDIX B program for pump repairs
Calibration program currently tracks and calibrates over 400 items. All calibration is NIST traceable.
Corrective Action Program is Active.
Material Identification and Control Program is Active.
Development of Customer Specific Travelers to clearly convey customer requirements to floor personnel.
Continuous testing and training of staff to mechanical and electrical specifications. Test result trends are tracked in a database allowing specific training modifications.
Addendum Training Sheets used actively to distribute corrective actions, new procedures and new technologies to TAW team.
