    Employee Benefits

    Benefit eligible employees are provided an opportunity to participate in the TAW Company-sponsored benefits program upon initial hire and annually during Open Enrollment. You are eligible for benefits on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment if you are a full-time employee.

     Medical Insurance

    TAW provides three (3) plan options through UnitedHealthcare. All three plans are open access, meaning you do not need to obtain referrals for specialist visits nor are you required to select a Primary Care Physician (PCP).

    Depending on the plan you select you may be eligible for a Flexible Spending Account and/or a Health Savings Account.

     Dental Benefits

    Through UHC Dental TAW provides employees with a choice of two dental options that utilize the Options PPO 30 Network.

     Vision Benefits

    The UHC vision program provides affordable, quality vision care, nationwide. Through UHC’s provider network, employees can obtain a comprehensive vision examination, as well as eyeglasses (lenses and frames), or contact lenses in lieu of eyeglasses.

     Basic Life Insurance

    TAW provides Basic Life insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) at no cost to employees.  Benefit amount based on job classification.

     Supplemental Life Insurance

    Employees can buy additional supplemental life insurance, up to a maximum of 5x their salary or $500,000. Spouse and Dependent life insurance are additional benefits. Both supplemental and family coverage can be purchased through payroll deduction with after-tax compensation.

     Education Assistance

    After completing 6 months of service, TAW will help employees earn a degree or advance their education. The company will reimburse up to $3,500 per calendar year for courses taken on your own time. The course(s) must be directly related to your current position or for potential advancement opportunities with the company and pre-approval is required.

     Voluntary Products

    During the annual open enrollment period employees are eligible to sign up for additional benefits.

     Employee Assistance Program

    From time to time many of us face problems at work or at home that we are not sure how to solve. These can range from work problems to marital problems or even substance abuse. That’s why TAW offers its employees a confidential Employee Assistance Program administered by LifeWorks.

    This program offers professional assistance in dealing with almost any life issue. From stress or depression to legal or financial issues.

    These services are available to you and your dependents by calling a toll-free phone line open 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. All conversations are confidential and private. Spanish-speaking representatives are also available.
