2D Modeling (Autocad)

CE engineers use AutoCAD two-dimensional (2D) modeling, as the starting point for the buildout process. Each piece is taken through the AutoCAD 2D modeling program and placed in CE’s automated machinery to manufacture highly accurate and effective equipment that meets all industry standards. The Autocad Process

CE takes the time to schedule out the build of their customer’s industrial equipment. With the help of Autocad, CE can produce materials required for the building process. Once scheduled, the project moves to the CNC machine. This machine takes the 2D designs and cuts (punches) them out in a matter of minutes. From there, the items move to the Brake-press machine. Here the materials are bent and formed to shape. Once that step is complete, the newly formed material is sent to our skilled fabricators to assemble your industrial equipment. Our Quality Control team inspects the customer’s equipment before shipping.
