Portable generator wattage ratings

While the generator is running, it produces running watts. Starting watts are what the generator produces for a small amount of time to help start electrical items.

Steps to find the right generator

  1. List out all the items you want to power
  2. Locate the item with the most power (aka starting watts)
  3. Add that number (2500W) to the Continuous Power (aka running Watts) from all other units (100 +1800+700).
